Academic English
Academic English introduces students to various forms of writing and research skills, as well as to the fundamental practices and tenets of academic work. Students will develop an appreciation of quantitative and qualitative research designs, the principles of objectivity and validity and other research issues. Emphasis will also be placed on secondary research in order to prepare students to conduct literature reviews and efficient online searches for their own projects and reports.
